I’ve got other plans for tonight, ya know?
More topical reblogging.
i don’t see how the two are mutually exclusive

I Want You - Personal and the Pizzas
Hello, internet pals. I’ve just decided that it’s totally a Personal and the Pizzas kind of day. This is an important post.

I wrote about me and Monica and Andrea and Yentl and Cher Horowitz for Jewcy.
“I noted that we had a couple of things in common–I too was a subpar driver who was saving myself for Luke Perry.”
File under: one of the many reasons Cher Horowitz and I could totally be best buds.

Yes. I am having a lot of fun right now. Thank you for asking.
This has been a sarcastic and totally necessary post. You’re welcome.

Superconnected by Broken Social Scene
from Broken Social Scene (2005)In Canada, a boy becomes a man once he serves at least one term in Broken Social Scene. It’s a good alternative to the army!

I always enjoy it when people can’t pronounce my last name (I get it, it’s kind of unusual), but how on earth could anyone think that this looked like the right way to spell it?
I am so glad that I follow Cloe. You’ve got my interests on lockdown, girl.

Clueless auto-reblog. I really wanted to be Cher for Halloween, but it required more effort than I am willing to apply.
THAT WAS WAY HARSH, TAI.

omg THIS. <3
it’s really sweet. i wish all guys realize this ..
I think the feeling behind this is nice, but its a bit sexist.
I don’t usually reblog these kind of posts, but the fact that this one has over 10,000 notes (and that most of them are from ladies earnestly agreeing with it) is crazy depressing to me. I mean, honestly, how is this an appealing sentiment at all? “Then I remembered that females get heartbroken real easily, fragile, weak, works a lot at home, get pregnant, […] And that’s the reason boys exist.” Really, people of Tumblr? I’m not going to pretend like my priorities are anywhere near being in order, but have fun with your old hat fantasies of relationships based on an inherently unequal balance of power.
